When the ADSL connection is DOWN, as long as your 3G dongle is connected to the device and you
have done your 3G configuration properly, 3G connection will be triggered automatically to take over
as the primary internet connection.
Note: This may take about a minute to get connected (depends on 3G signal and connectivity within
your area).
