- Page 2 POWERTRIP-8 QUICK START OWNERS MANUAL (ENGLISH) The Alesis POWERTRIP-8 is the ideal power control unit for any rack- mount system. Install the POWERTRIP-8 in the top of your rack and use the eight switched AC outlets on the rear panel to power all of your equipment, up to a full 15-amp load.
- Page 3 Front Panel Features Rack Lights Switch – turns the pull-out rack lights ON or OFF. Rack Lights Dimmer Knob – varies the brightness of the pull-out rack lights. Pull-out Rack Lights – can be pulled out and aimed to illuminate the rest of the gear in your rack.
