OPPO REGION SWITCHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Region switching for standard DVDs from region 0-8 is automatic. Just put in your disc and
press play.
Region switching for Blu-ray regions is done using the remote control.
Press the following keys to select the corresponding Region
The player must be ON with NO disc inside:
Please wait a second after pressing each button.
For Region A
For Region B
For Region C
Now turn OFF the player and your blu-ray setting will be effective after reboot.
The dimmer button is on the remote on the lower right side 3 button up from the bottom.
The mute button is on the right side 2
Firmware updates- Firmware updates can be done via internet. To update players firmware;
go to the home menu, then setup menu, and then go to Software update. You must have the
player connected to the internet. Click on Update Via Internet and if there is a new firmware the
player will automatically update. DO not turn the player off while it is updating.

In most cases this is solved by pressing stop twice on the remote control. If this does not work
you may need to do a factory reset so the player does not remember the last place left off on the
disc. Also turning resume play off can prevent this from happening in the future.
