Water Purification Process Step 1 : PP Filter PP filter has the functions to remove the floater such as sand iron, rust, copper rust or visible impurities. Step 2 : Pre-carbon Filter Pre-carbon Filter which can remove chlorine, organic, compounds, color, odour and floating particles. Step 3 : Sediment Filter Sediment filter has the functions to remove the floater such as sand iron, rust, copper rust or visible impurities. Step 4 : TFC RO Membrane RO membrane filter removes water contaminants such as heavy metals, waterborne micro-organisms and harmful organic chemicals etc. Step 5 : TDS Controller It helps maintain minimum TDS level to be present in drinking water Step 6 : Post Carbon/Mineral Cartridge Post Carbon Improves the taste of purified water. -
Page 5: Reverse Osmosis Process
Reverse Osmosis Process The Reverse Osmosis process, also known as hyper filtration, is the finest filtration process known till date. The process ensures removal of particles as small as ions from a solution. Reverse Osmosis uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove salts from potable/ brackish water. In Reverse Osmosis, water pressure applied to the concentrated side forces the process of osmosis into reverse. Under enough pressure, treated water is “squeezed” through the membrane from the concentrated side to the diluted side. -

Installation 1. Close main water supply valve to separate the faucet. 2. Wind the Teflon tape on the adaptor and fit it to the pipe. Do not turn the water pipe. 3. Connect the faucet with the adaptor. Shall install the adaptor with connector on the cold water pipe. 4. Connect 1/4 inch white tubing with the connector on the adaptor.
