• If software update is failed and all operations
become disabled, please contact the terminal
to DOCOMO-specified repair office or Online
Repair Acceptance Service.
• Software update can be done even when data
saved to the terminal is remaining; note that
data may not be always secured depending
on the conditions of your terminal (such as
malfunction, damage, or water leak). You are
recommended to back up necessary data
beforehand. Availability of data backup for
each application varies by application. For
procedure of backup with each application,
contact the developer of application.
• Software update is unavailable in the
following cases. Solve the phenomenon and
then retry.
- During a call
- When date or time is not set correctly
- When the remaining battery is not sufficient
- When the internal storage is low on
available memory
- During international roaming
• Do not turn off the terminal during software
update.

App Updates

Updating applications provided by LG
Electronics Inc. or configuring settings for
download of applications can be done.
• For precautions on application update, refer
to "Precautions" (P252) of software update.
Downloads
From the Home screen, tap
a
"Settings" → "System" → "About
phone" → "Update center" → "App
Updates"
• If the "Terms of Use for LG apps" screen
appears, tap "AGREE".
