Click the Buttons tab

Check the boxes for the TOSHIBA Console button and/or
the Internet button.

Under Select a Program, make the desired selections.

Click Apply, then click OK.
You can choose which of two media players you prefer to
have as your default (your automatic choice upon powering
up) when you play a CD. If you want to change the default
setting, do the following:

In the TOSHIBA Console, click Toshiba Button
Controls.

Click the Media Apps tab.
