4.1 EDID Serial Number Write
‐ This model DON'T need to write full edid data for update the Serial number.
Just write the S/N data by using adjustment command.
Send Serial data
Read C/s of Serial data
4.2 Verify HDCP Key
Check OSD with aging on mode or using Master Signal generator with HDCP On and connect to monitor with HDMI
If the HDCP Key is NG, the color of background will be Red, and if OK, its color will be White as below picture.
4.3 Set Automatic Standby time
a. Set Automatic Standby time by adjustment jig equipment: Europe : 4H, Others: OFF
Command set : F7 00 01 ( for Europe – set 4h)
F7 00 00 (for others – set 0ff)
b. Check the Automatic Standby time setting value by adjustment jig equipment.
Please check the value of 0xA6 0xEE address
Value : 0x00 ‐ OFF
0x04 ‐ Set 4H
4.4 Factory calibration
a. Factory Calibration(2.2) : Gamma, dE, Color Temperature(6500k)
‐ Reference Model: 27MU67/27UD68/27UD88/27UD58/27UD88/32UD89/27UK850/27UK650/27UK600
‐ Input: HDMI1/2 , Gray Pattern with Gamma correction using command using "Adjustment Command"
‐ This model must be calibrated Gamma2.2

4. Total Assembly line process
( EDID SN(4byte) + date (2byte) + Ascii SN(18byte) )
Read checksum data of 24 byte
