Reading the Status Indicators
Shows the operating status of the computer.
Num Lock
Caps Lock
Scroll Lock
Hard disk drive
Wireless LAN
Battery
Power
Turns on when the numeric keypad is activated.
Turns on when all alphabet characters you type will be in upper case.
Turns on when it is set to scroll the screen up and down while the cursor
position does not change in some applications.
Blinks when the hard disk drive is in operation.
Turns on when wireless LAN function is enabled. (This light does not operate
for the models without wireless LAN.)
Green – When the computer is operating on AC power and the battery is fully
charged.
Amber - When the computer is operating on AC power and the battery is being
charged.
Off – When the computer is operating on battery power.
Turned blue - when the computer is turned on.
Blinks - when the computer is in Standby mode.
