1. SAFETY 1.1 HIGH VOLTAGE DANGER! This unit uses high voltage circuits capable of causing serious injury or death. 3. OPERATION 3.1 WINCHING THE MAST UP AND DOWN Rotate the winch clockwise to raise the mast, rotate it counter-clockwise to lower the mast. The winch is self-locking and will remain at the height it is winched to. The winch is also assisted on the way down so the tower will come down smoothly.

3.2 BRAKES To lock the brakes, firmly push down the brake lever with your foot until it is fully de- pressed then pull it towards the back of the tower to lock it into place. To release the brakes, push the brake pedal in and away from the back of the tower until it unlocks and returns to its original position.

3.4 STEERING The steering handle controls the direction of the front wheels. Turn the handle left or right to steer the front wheels left or right. HT SERIES...
4. TURN ON THE FLOODLIGHTS Plug the light tower into an external power source (a generator for example). Flip the circuit breaker to the ON position and check to make sure all lamps come on. Allow a minimum of 2 minutes for the lamps to reach full luminance.
6. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE TRANSPORTATION Allow the floodlights to cool for at least 20 minutes before transporting. STORAGE Allow the light tower to cool for at least 20 minutes before storing if it has been in use. Clean the light tower before storing in a dry location. 7.
