Selecting a day on the calendar
When you access this menu, the calendar in
Month view appears with today's date indicated
by a blue box.
• Press [Left] or [Right] to move by day.
• Press [Up] or [Down] to move by week.
• Press [ / ] to move by month.
• Press and hold [Left] or [Right] to move by
year.
Consulting the calendar
Once you have created items, the following
icons and the number of items for a specific day
appear at the bottom of the calendar.
•
Scheduled items
•
Tasks
•
Calls
•
Anniversaries
1. Select a date on the calendar to display the
items for the day.
2. Press [Left] or [Right] to access the other
items scheduled for the selected day.
While viewing an item, press <Options> to
access the following options:
• Add: add a new item.
• Delete: delete the item.
• Edit: edit the item.
• Move: move the item to a different date.
• Copy: copy the item to a different date.
Using calendar options
On the calendar, press <Options> to access
the following options:
• Add Memo: add a new item.
• Go to date: enter the date you want to
access.
