Utility Mode

The Utility Mode is used for the AG-Stomp's overall system settings for things such as the
footswitch, MIDI, external controllers, EXP. PEDAL jack, etc.
* In the following section, the abbreviation [FR 1] button refers to the [FEEDBACK REDUCTION 1] button, etc.

I About the Utility Mode

When in the Play Mode, press the [UTILITY] button
to enter the Utility Mode (the lamp lights).
When in the Utility Mode, press the [UTILITY] but-
ton to return to the Play Mode (the lamp turns off).
In the Utility Mode, MIDI messages cannot be
received. Use the Play Mode to receive MIDI
messages.
Also, individual Utility Mode settings are
saved when the Utility Mode is exited.
In the Utility Mode, it is possible to set the following
five functions. Use the MIC TYPE Select Switch to
select the function.
1: Footswitch Functions
2: MIDI Functions
3: External Control Settings
4: EXP Pedal Settings
5: Feedback Reduction Operating Mode

I Footswitch Functions

Press the [UTILITY] button and set the MIC TYPE
Select Switch to CONDENSER 1 ("
in the display).
G Select the Footswitch function.
Press the [LIMITER] button and use the [UP]/
[DOWN] buttons to set the function of Footswitches
(1-3).

: Use the Footswitches to select patches.
EFF
: Use the Footswitches to switch the ef-
fects ON/OFF.
Switch 1: Limiter
Switch 2: Chorus/Delay Effects
Switch 3: Reverb Effect
G Transmit Control Change Numbers
Sets the MIDI control change number that is trans-
mitted when the Footswitch is switched ON/OFF.
(Available only when the Footswitch Function is set

Press the [FR 1] button to display the value of the
currently selected setting in the display.
Press the Footswitch you want to set (the lamp
lights), and use the [UP]/[DOWN] buttons to set to
