DEW WARNING
The
light
indicates condensation (DEW) on the
recorder mechanism. If the VCR is moved from
a
cold area
to
a warm area and
the humidity is high.
moisture can form on the metal surface
orf the
recording mechanism. I f this
happens
the
tape
could be
damaged.
To prevent
damage the
VCR
wilt
not
operate except for
"EJECT". Should
the
"DEW" Light
stay on
when the "POWER"
Switch
is in the
"ON" position, p r m
"EJECT" and
remove the casette. Wait for the moisture to dry
(until the "DEW" Indicator lamp
goes
off).

HINTS
After you have finished using the VCR, rewind,
eject and remove the
cassette.
Place the cassette
in its protective sleeve
to protect
it
from
dust.
It is not necessary to rewind the tape before
removing the
cassette, but
if you do,
it
will be
ready to play or record the next time you use it.
Be
sure the VCR Channel Selector is on
the
correct channel you
wish
to record.
The channel
that is being rmrded can always b
checked by
setting Phe television on the
VCR channel

or
4)
and setting the "TVIVCR*'
switch to "VCR".

attempt
t o
hook
UP
more than one
television set to the
VCR for either r-rding
or
play back.

to record, place a pi-

cellophane
tape over the opening.

If
you wish to
save a
reeordi ng and
prevent acci-
dental erasure, remove ,the erase
prevention
tab
from
the cassette, This will prevent recording on
the
cassette.
