Insert A bolts into 1 and with screwdriver a x the Back Rest and Seat to the Chair Side 1. Select Foot Rest – 4 with arch frontward, insert D –...
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Select Chair Side 2 - part 6. Insert A - bolts into holes and a x the chair side to the assem- bly. Select Tray Supports - part 7 and 8 with the two holes facing up and to the front and the side holes outward.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Select C – Screws and insert C into the side holes of 7 & 8. A x the tray assembly to the 3rd chair side holes near the backrest. Select Seat Pad - Part 10, place on the seat and tie to the legs of the chair.
