General description
The dishwasher is suitable for washing plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, trays, containers and containers of plastic and/
or steel used to prepare, cook and serve, as well as various ceramic and/or metal kitchen utensils.
The machine is designed for the above-mentioned applications. Under no circumstances can the machine be used
for other applications or ways not provided for in this manual.
This equipment has been created in order to ensure a better work environment and cost efficiency. These dishwash-
ers are used in restaurants, cafeterias, cooking centers and large institutions. The special dish racks, that can be
equipped with various inserts, offer practical and easy use for obtaining excellent washing results. The electronic
system enables complete supervision of the washing process. The control panel also has a display that shows the
operating parameters and signals any faults. Systems for scraping and wetting the dishes (e.g. manual prewash
spray) and areas for sorting and arranging them in the racks must be provided for ahead of the dishwasher.

Power supply characteristics
The AC power supply to the machine must meet the following conditions:
max. voltage variation
max. frequency variation ± 1% continuous ± 2% for a short period.
Harmonic distorsion, unbalanced three-phase supply voltage, voltage pulses, interruption, dips and the other electric
characteristics must respect the provisions of par. 4.3.2 of Standard EN 60204-1 (IEC 60204-1).
ATTENTION!
The machine's power supply must be protected against overcurrents (short circuits and overloads)
by fuses or suitable thermal magnetic circuit breakers. These must be fitted on an omnipolar dis-
connection system having a contact gap of at least 3 mm.
