  • Page 16 ADJUSTING AND BALANCING THE INVERSION TABLE It is very important to make sure that the height is adjusted properly by checking the measurements marked on the boom. The inversion table is like a very sensitively balanced fulcrum. It responds to very slight changes in weight distribution. To do this, mount the machine, lock your ankles into the ankle holders, and lie back on the table.
