What To Do If......
Problem
The appliance does not
work.
The appliance stops
during operation.
The cycle does not start.
The milk does not froth.
The ingredients do not
melt.

Possible causes
Plug not connected.
The pitcher is empty.
The pitcher has been re-
moved during preparation.
Ingredients too dense or
large, such as large choco-
late flakes.
The pitcher is not present.
The whisk is not present.
Milk not cold.
The pitcher contains water
residues or is dirty.
The whisk used is not
correct.
Use of milk already frothed
or heated.
Use of low-fat milk.
Ingredients too thick
or excessive amount
introduced.
Solution
Connect the plug.
Fill the pitcher.
Re-position the pitcher appro-
priately.
Use finer ingredients.
Re-position the pitcher appro-
priately.
Check that the whisk is pres-
ent and positioned correctly.
Use cold milk.
Make sure that the pitcher is
dry and clean.
Mount the notched whisk.
Do not use milk already
frothed or heated.
Use suitable milk.
Chop the ingredients before
introducing them or check
preparation suggestions.
