If the print head moves, but the
IBM S/23 is not printed, move the
copy control dial toward zero.
Repeat steps 21 or 42.

One of the following may have
occurred.
• Out of paper
• Paper stuck together
• Sheet feed or drawer not
installed correctly
• Paper jam
• Paper insertion gate not in
auto feed position

If the print head does not move,
repeat steps 21 or 42.
If the print head still does not
move, a highlighted error code
6113 should appear at the bottom
of you r screen.
• Press the Error Reset key.
• Switch your printer off (0).
• Switch your printer on (I).
• Press the Error Reset key.
• Repeat steps 21 or 42.
If your printer still does not print,
call I BM for technical support.

Correct the error. Then do the
following:
• Press the Error Reset key.
• Switch your printer off (0).
• Switch your pri nter on (I).
• Press the Error Reset key.
• Repeat steps 21 or 42.
