MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
13. Set the lock lever securely to LOCK position (L).
14. Stop the engine.
15. Tighten the cap of oil filler port (F) on the hydraulic tank se-
curely.
16. Close the dirt cover (1).
17. Start the engine.
18. Set the lock lever to FREE position (F).
19. Operate the work equipment control levers, and set the
work equipment to the state shown in the figure.
By doing so, the hydraulic tank is pressurized.
NOTICE
If the hydraulic tank is not pressurized, air is sucked in
the pump and it affects the components badly.
20. Set the lock lever securely to LOCK position (L).
21. Stop the engine.

METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE

• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury.
Wait for the temperature to go down, and then start the work.
• If there is remaining pressure inside the case, the oil or plug may jump out.
Loosen the plug slowly to release the pressure.
• Do not stand in front of the plug when you loosen the plug.
Final drive case (each of right and left) refill capacity: 0.6 ℓ
