When the upper knife is flipped down you can gain access to the bottom knife, and adjust it from
here. If you need to remove the knife completely, this can be done by loosening the two bolt in
each side of the knife.
III.
Adjusting bottom knife.
The knife is held in place by three bolts, to dismount the knife, you will need to loosen these. Note
that one side of the knife have been grind down 0,6mm. This side must always face towards the
machine.
If the knife does not cut clean throughout the length, it can be shimmed up to correct this issue.

Mark the knife with a pen where the cut is bad.

Loosen the mounting bolts on the bottom knife.

Insert a strip of silicone pack paper (50 Microns) behind the knife where you marked it.
NOTE: Make sure not to cover the air holes with the paper!

Tighten the bolts on the knife.
NOTE: Never use more than 5 layers of paper!
