Betriebsanleitung für Spiralkegelgetriebe
7) Wartung
Der Schmierstoff ist nach 5000 Betriebsstunden (spätestens
nach 2 Jahren) zu wechseln. Die Temperatur des Getriebes beim
Ölwechsel sollte 50°C nicht übersteigen um Verbrennungsgefahr
zu vermeiden. Das Altöl ist entsprechend den gesetzlichen Be-
stimmungen zu entsorgen. Vor dem Einfüllen des Frischöls ist die
Ölablaßschraube wieder fest einzuschrauben. Die Wiederbefül-
lung erfolgt mit mineralischem Getriebeöl CLP nach DIN 51517-3
ISO VG 68. Der Einsatz anderer Öle ist nur nach Freigabe durch die
Firma TANDLER zulässig. Mit Fettfüllung ausgelieferte Getriebe
sind wartungsfrei.
8) Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
TANDLER Spiralkegelgetriebe sind Bestandteil industrieller An-
triebe. Sie dienen der Übersetzung und Verteilung von Drehmo-
menten und Drehzahlen.
9) Sicherheitsvorkehrungen
Rotierende Teile müssen vom Betreiber, entsprechend den
gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, gegen unbeabsichtigtes Berühren
gesichert werden. Das Getriebegehäuse darf bei Betriebstempe-
ratur nicht mit bloßer Hand berührt werden (Verbrennungsge-

Diese Betriebsanleitung gilt unter der Voraussetzung, dass das
Produkt für Ihren Verwendungszweck richtig ausgewählt ist. Aus-
legung und Auswahl des Getriebes sind nicht Gegenstand dieser

7) maintenance
The lubricant should be changed after 5000 operating hours
(2 years maximum). To avoid the risk of burns, the temperature
of the gearbox oil when changing should not exceed 50 °C.
The waste oil must be disposed of in accordance with the statutory
regulations.
The oil drain plug must be screwed back firmly in position before
refilling with fresh oil. The gearbox must be refilled with mineral gear
oil CLP according to DIN 51517-3 ISO VG 68. The use of other oils is
permitted only after approval by TANDLER. Grease filled gearboxes
are maintenance free.

TANDLER spiral bevel gearboxes are part of industrial drive systems.
They are used for changing the drive direction and for the distribution
of torque and speeds.
9) safety precautions
Rotating parts must be protected against accidental contact by the
operator, in accordance with the statutory regulations.
To prevent the risk of burns, the gear housing must not be touched
with bare hands at operating temperature.
In order to prevent electrostatic charging the gear casing must be
cleaned and earthed.
These operating instructions apply on condition that the product is
correctly selected for your intended use. The design and selection of
the gearbox are not covered by this manual. Failure to comply with
these operating instructions invalidates any product liability and
