    Keep others away when making carburetor adjustments. Use only recommended Weed Eater" ac- cessories and replacement parts. Have all maintenance and service not ex- plained in this manual performed by an autho- rized service dealer.

Hard objects can damage the trimmer head and be thrown causing serious injury. Use only for trimming, scalping, mowing and sweeping.

    To stop engine: S Release the throttle trigger. S Push and release the engine ON/STOP switch. TRIMMER LINE ADVANCE The trimmer line will advance approximately 2 in. (5 cm) each time the bottom of the trimmer head is tapped on the ground with the engine running at full throttle.
