Installation Instructions Bike, CrossTrainer and Stepper Tools required for Bike, CrossTrainer, and Stepper (not supplied): • 5mm or 3/16” Allen wrench (Crossbow and clamp screws) • 1/8” or 3mm Allen wrench (Neck screws) • #2 Phillips Screwdriver (Wing screws) • 7/16” or 11MM open end wrench (Cross bow screws) Remove the four screws from the display.
Installation Instructions (Cont’d) Bike, CrossTrainer and Stepper - Attach the crossbow to the wings. - Tighten the two nuts with the 7/16” or 11MM open end wrench as shown. Slide the top mounting plate on the neck and align the top plate notch with the neck base notch.
Installation Instructions (Cont’d) Bike, CrossTrainer and Stepper - Insert the rubber pad onto the bottom mounting plate and attach the plate around the neck of the product. - Using the remaining 4 screws, attach the bottom and top mounting plates together. - Check fit and alignment and make any necessary adjustments, tighten all the screws securely.
