Trouble Shooting The device does not work or LCD does not work. 1) Check if there is enough battery power. 2) Check if the polarities of battery are correct. The device does not respond to key press 1) Check if it is in the status of “Key lock” 2) If it is in “Key lock”, all the keys can not work. - Page 21 The song skips or does not play at all, but the song title shows. What is the cause? There are several reasons why a song (fi le) can not play. 1) The fi le may be corrupted when it was converted from the CD or when it was copied over to the player during the transfer process.
