Finding the Ideal Humidity Level for your Home
Humidity Control (HUMIDITY).
I
You can set your desired level of humidity, ranging from 30% (lowest setting) to
60% (highest setting). This digital humidifier also offers you a continuous (Co)
setting. On this setting the humidifier will continue to operate and shut off automat-
ically when the water tank is empty. On all other settings the humidifier will stop
when the desired (set) humidity is reached. It restarts when the humidity is lower
than the setting.

To set a desired humidity level, press the button "HUMIDITY." The desired setting
is displayed. Each time you press this button the number on the display increases
by increments of 5%. Its range is from 30% to 60%. The setting following 60% is
"Co" for continuous. If you press "HUMIDITY" again the display will start over at
30%. One simple button, just press until you reach your desired humidity level.

The digital display is set to display the actual humidity level in percent relative
humidity (e.g. 45). Whenever you press the "HUMIDITY" button the display
switches to show the setting you have just selected the desired level. After
displaying your desired setting for approximately two (2) seconds, it will revert to
showing the actual level of humidity. You can easily check the display whether the
word "ACTUAL" or "DESIRED" is illuminated.

Finding the ideal humidity level for your home: Aim for 40-55% relative humidity.
Humidity will vary from room to room so adjust accordingly. If windows and walls
fog or frost, reduce mist intensity.

If a room is too humid, ventilate it by opening a door or window, and adjust mist
intensity. High levels of humidity can allow moisture to collect and harm furniture
and walls, especially wallpaper. It can also encourage bacterial and fungal growth.
Vapor Intensity Control (VAPOR).
You can adjust the vapor output. There are three settings: low, medium, and high.
Simply press the button "VAPOR" until you have reached the desired level. The digital
display will show one bar for low, two bars for medium, and three bars for high.
Turn Unit Off When Finished.
Always turn humidifier off and unplug power cord from A/C outlet when not in use.
