IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Do not use Canister Vac to pick up burning objects. 2. Do not use in an area where dangerous items are stored. 3. Do not apply lubricants to the motor. 4. FOR INDOOR USE ONLY: 1. Always make sure the area you choose to mount the Battery Pack Charging unit is free from hidden electrical wires, water pipes and/or gas lines.

BATTERY PACK RECHARGE The battery pack should be charged for 24 hours before first use. Recharge the Battery Pack after each use. Recharge every 30 days if not in use. The Battery Pack must be removed from the Canister Vac for recharging. The Battery Pack is then snapped onto the powered Battery Pack Charging Unit. -

REMOVING THE DIRT CONTAINER FOR CLEANING • There are two lift latches that lock the dirt container to the upper motor assembly. Under normal conditions, and by following recharge recommendations, the Canister Vac battery will give years of service. If the battery should ever need replacing, follow the Removal and Handling Instructions. Replacement battery packs can be ordered from Vector Manufacturing, Order Part Number VEC202. - Page 7 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PROGRAM This limited warranty program is the only one that applies to this product, and it sets forth all the responsibilities of Vector Manufacturing, Ltd., regarding this product. There is no other warranty, other than described herein.
