Step 1:
Start by attaching the aluminum uprights to the Patriot Dock
frame, a direct mount on the 4' dimension of the frame (Fig. 1).
Use the M10 x70mm bolts, along with a flat washer under the
head and a split washer under the nut, to attach the uprights to
the aluminum frame. The bolt passes through the upright, 4'
truss and vertical angle of the 8'truss (Fig. 2).
If installing the bench on a dock frame other than Patriot's
frame, it may be easier to install the bench as an assembled
unit to ensure correct spacing of uprights.

(12) #6 x 1-1/2" phillips head screws

- Page 2 Step 2: Attach cedar or poly boards to the Aluminum Bench Supports using six 1-1/2” long phillips head screws. Maintain a half inch space between cedar boards and 1 1-1/2” space from the end of the boards as pictured below (Fig. 3). When attaching poly boards, align the holes in the Aluminum Bench Supports with the pre-drilled holes in the poly board.
