carefully. Assembly of the arms is

permanent. If the arms are assembled

incorrectly, you will be unable to remove

them to correct the assembly.

• Please save these instructions for future

reference.

• Adult assembly is required.

• Requires two size "AA" alkaline

batteries (not included).

• Tool required for battery installation:

Phillips Screwdriver.

Chair arms open easily to allow child to get in and out freely.

Keep plastic bags out of children's reach. Dispose of them properly.

To prevent falls, use only for children who can get in

and out of the chair without help.

To prevent strangulation, never add a restraint.

Page 2 Assembly Foot Hanger Groove Plug • Turn the chair assembly upright. • Position one of the legs upside down. • Insert two plugs and a hanger into the side of a leg as shown. • Fit the tabs on the inside of a foot into the grooves in one end of the leg.
