    Using Soft Keys Your handset has two soft keys that change function during the operation of the phone. The text right above the soft key indicates that key's current function. For example, when the phone is in standby mode, pressing soft key 1 opens the Windows Live™ Messenger option menu.

    Activating Caller ID on Call Waiting Your phone supports Caller ID on Call Waiting, so you can see the name and number of someone who calls when you're already on the line. You'll need to subscribe to these features with your phone company before you can use them.
