3) Make sure that the charge/in.use LED illuminates. If the LED does not
illuminate, check to see that the AC adapter is plugged in and that the
handset makes good contact with the base's charging contacts.
Note:.
•..Connect.the.AC.adapter.to.a.continuous.power.supply.(not.
controlled.by.a.wall.switch).
•..Place.the.base.unit.close.to.the.AC.outlet.to.avoid.long.
extension.cords.
•. Charge.your.handset.at.least.15.-.20.hours.before.plugging.into.
the.phone.line..
4) Once the handset battery pack is fully charged, connect the telephone line cord to the TEL.LINE jack
and a telephone outlet. If your telephone outlet isn't modular, contact your telephone company for
assistance.
