same as selecting "Play" and "Go forward
5 seconds" in task bar.
Use this button to mark the current elapsed
time in the track. This function is the same
as selecting "Edit" and "Insert a time tag".
Use this button to delete the current time
tag. This function is the same as selecting
"Edit" and "Delete current time tag".
