Viewing family presence

When you register family members to the SmartThings mobile app, you can monitor who is
home. Register your family members to the app via presence sensors or compatible mobile
devices.
To use this feature, you must set the Samsung Connect's location information when you set
up the Samsung Connect. Refer to

On the Apps screen of your mobile device, tap SmartThings →

Tap Things → Coming and Going.

Select a device type to connect.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

Tap Family.

Viewing notifications

You can check important messages about your home status, such as alerts about lights being
turned on or a family member's arrival.
