into Dialing Sequences
While dialing (with digits visible in the display):

To
insert a special character when
making a call that requires you to
enter additional digits (for
example, to make a calling card
call, or to retrieve messages from
an answering machine):
• Pause tells your phone to
wait until the call connects
before it automatically dials
the next digit(s) in a series.
• Wait tells your phone to wait
until the call connects, and
then to prompt you for
confirmation before it dials
the next digit(s).
• 'n' tells your phone to prompt
you for a number before
dialing the call. The number
you enter is inserted into the
dialing sequence in place of
n
the
character.
