  • Page 5 HOW TO USE • Press head release button,ease the mixer head backwards until it locks into its tilt position.(Fig. 1) • Select the desired attachment depending on the mixing task to be per- formed: A. Egg whisk for whisking cream,egg whites,light batters. B. Spatula beater for smaller amount of mixture or for folding ingre- dients. C. Dough hook for kneading dough and heavy mixtures. • Attach the selected attachment onto the drive outlet using the bayonet attachment. Place the attachment into position with the feeder roll at the back. Simply push the roller back down to lock into position.(Fig. 2) • Put your ingredients into the mixing bowl. Place the bowl on the base then gently rotate the bowl in a clockwise direction until it locks into posi- tion. The bowl should feel firm with no movement.(Fig. 3) • Do not overfill the appliance, the max amount for ingredients is 2 Kg. • Press the release button to lower the arm. Press the arm down to lock in the lowest position.(Fig. 4) • Connect the device to a properly installed 220-240V~50Hz wall outlet. Turn the speed control knob clockwise to commence mixing.     BS PLUG The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: BLUE NEUTRAL BROWN LIVE As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows: The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black. The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.
