IMPORTANT! Securing to Wall Stud(s) If the cabinet is being hung on drywall, you will also need to add an additional screws to anchor it to one or more structural wall studs. Although drywall fasteners are sufficient to support the cabinet in normal conditions, in case of unexpected accidents it is imperative to also drive screws to directly anchor the cabinet to at least one structural wall stud Hang vanity in the correct position using the built‐in mounting mechanism Use a stud finder to find stud(s) located in between the two mounting brackets. Studs are normally spaced at 16” intervals. iii. For each stud, drive one or two 3” screws through the rear brace of the cabinet, through the drywall, and directly into the stud. Anchor the cabinet into two studs if available.
