Features of your vehicle
This warning light remains on after
blinking for approximately 60 sec -
onds or repeats blinking on and off
at the intervals of approximately 3
seconds:
When there is a malfunction with
the TPMS.
In this case, have the vehicle
inspected by a professional work -
shop. Kia recommends to visit an
authorised Kia dealer/service
partner.

WARNING
Low tyre pressure
Significantly low tyre pressure
makes the vehicle unstable and
can contribute to loss of vehicle
control and increased braking dis -
tances.
Continued driving or low pressure
tyres will cause the tyres to over -
heat and fail.
WARNING
Safe Stopping
The TPMS cannot alert you to
severe and sudden tyre damage
caused by external factors.
If you notice any vehicle instabil -
ity, immediately take your foot
off the accelerator pedal, apply

the brakes gradually with light
force, and slowly move to a safe
position off the road.
Master warning light
This indicator light illuminates:
This warning light informs the
driver the following situations
- LED headlamp malfunction (if
equipped)
- Lamp malfunction
To identify the details of the warn -
ing look at the LCD display.
If the warning situation is solved,
the master warning light will turn
off.
Exhaust system (DPF) warning
light (for diesel engine)
equipped)
This warning light illuminates:
When there is a malfunction with
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
system.
When this warning light illumi -
nates, it may turn off after driv -
ing the vehicle:
- at more than 60 km/h (37
mph), or
- at more than 2nd gear with
1500 ~ 2000 engine rpm for a
certain time (for about 25 min -
utes).
If this warning light blinks in spite of
the procedure (at this time the LCD
warning message will be displayed),
