TITLE
CN70 Service Work Instructions
1. Position the main logic board onto the magnesium frame.
2. Using a T7 torx driver install 3 screws and secure the main logic board to the magnesium frame with 2.5+/-0.2 in-
lbs of torque.
3. If this is a new main logic board and it is being installed in a WAN radio equipped unit a new WAN supercap will
need to be installed. Refer to the WAN Supercap operation.
4. Verify the grounding gasket in place between the scanner & camera connectors. If this is a new main logic board
you will need to install a new grounding gasket at this location. See photo below.

5. Verify the clear insulator in place on the other side of the main logic board. If this is a new main logic board you
will need to install a new insulator at this location. See photo below.

6. Re-install the display assembly.
7. Re-install the WAN radio assembly.
8. Re-install the Scan bracket assembly.
9. Re-install the core assembly into the top housing.
10. Re-install the bottom housing assembly.
