    If the spindle is turned counterclockwise, the knives work higher. If there is a lot of organic matter, the pre-harrow can tend to clog, the knives should then be set higher or raised up completely. Make sure that the same height is adjusted on both sides, this can be checked by measuring the length of the spindle on both sides.
