Single Zone Thermostat
10 Easy Installation Tips
Y87RF
1.
Installing an Internet Connected Single Zone Thermostat
requires the wireless thermostat, the wireless receiver
box (Y87RF) and the remote access kit (RFG100).
2.
The wireless receiver requires a permanent live supply
and a switched output to the boiler; this can be volt free,
low voltage or mains voltage to suit.
3.
The switched output is then connected to the boiler input
terminals (refer to boiler manufacturers instructions).
4.
Locate the wireless receiver in a convenient, accessible
position at least 300mm from the boiler shell or other
metal objects/wireless devices.
5.
Mount the wireless single zone thermostat in a
convenient position on a wall. Insert the batteries into
the Single Zone thermostat – it is already pre-bound
to the wireless receiver.
6.
Plug in the mobile access kit to the power supply
provided and connect to the modem/router using
the Ethernet cable provided.
