To remove the front headlight assembly, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the windshield;
2. Remove the headlight assembly central cover disconnecting the housings;
3. Remove the two screws «A» and detach the front daylight running light dis-
connecting the connector;
4. Remove the two screws «B» inside the glove-box;

5. Remove the four screws «C» paying attention to the spacers;
6. Undo the two screws «D», then remove the upper cover of the front shield;
7. Remove the two upper screws «E» fastening the headlight assembly;
8. Remove the Piaggio clip-on badge;
9. Undo the screw «F» and the grille cornice;
10. Remove the four screws «G» and detach the grille;
11. On both sides of the vehicle unscrew the two screws «H» inside the wheel
housing;
12. Undo the four screws «I» and remove the lower cover of the front shield;
13. Remove the two lower screws «L» fastening the headlight assembly;
14. Disconnect the light assembly connector
15. Take out the front headlight assembly;
16. Remove the rubber cover to reach the bulbs;

17. For the low beam light bulb, act on the indicated clamps to take out the bulb
holder, then detach the bulb;
