  • Page 3 Tools and Additional Requirements • Very clean work space, no animals or pets. (Clean room preferred). • ESD safe work station with grounding strap. • Bright work lamp (for visibility and dust inspection). • #2 Philips Screwdriver / Bit for clutched power screwdriver (Unit disassembly).

  • Page 5 Unit Disassembly Remove 1 machine  screws. (red) Remove AC cord Cover.  Disconnect AC cord from  power unit.

Cover with clean  foam material or blanket to avoid dust.  Do not allow the panel to warp during separation since the panel may crack.
