To remove the battery when disposing of this unit

Remove the built-in battery before disposing of this unit.
Never disassemble this product, except for when
disposing of it.
The illustrations below are not intended for repair of
this unit, but for its disposal. Once you disassemble
this unit, it can never be reassembled.
• Before disassembling this unit, disconnect the AC mains
lead and discharge the battery completely.
• If you have trouble removing the battery, consult your dealer
or nearest service center.

Remove the top panel.
Remove the screws (x2) from sides that secure the
top panel.

Use a commercially available HEX key (size: 2.5) to
remove the screws.
Remove the screws (x9) from rear that secure the top
panel.
•
Use a commercially available Phillips head screwdriver
(size: No. 1) to remove the screws.

Lift up the top panel and disconnect all cables
connected to the top panel.

Remove the circuit board.
Disconnect the cables (x4) connected to the circuit
board.
Remove the screws (x8).
•
Use a commercially available Phillips head screwdriver
(size: No. 1) to remove the screws.
Push the circuit board forward slightly and remove it.
