First - have a second person hold your baby at the back. Second - release the chest buckle and then slide the both shoulder straps. (Warning: Please make sure the second person is holding the baby and the carrier at this time!) Third - Put baby with the carrier on a soft surface and then unfasten all buckles and take the baby out.
