Rejecting Spam
The setting of mail filters to reject spam is recommended. Also, selecting
サポート設定 (Supportive Settings) enables you to set mail filters easily
while answering questions that appear on the screen.
Setting Mail Filters
Example: Connecting to サポート設定 (Supportive Settings)
When the standby screen is displayed, press L.
aPress 6 E-mail Setup.
aPress 3 Mail Filter.
aUse G to select 次へ (Next) and then press
@ (Select).
aUse G to select the input box and then press
@ (Edit).
aEnter your security code, press @ (OK), and then
follow the on-screen instructions.
・ Your security code is the four-digit number you wrote on your
subscription form.

Shut out all mail from personal computers
This is recommended for users who only want to receive mail
from cell phones.
Specify the mail of persistent senders to be blocked
This is recommended for users being bothered by a certain
person or by senders of spam mail.
Block unsolicited advertisement and spoof mail
This is the minimum level recommended for all users.
