    This system consists of Master Optical Unit (MOU) RA-5200-D, Remote Optical Unit (ROU) RA-5200- O and Remote Radio Unit (RRU) RA-5200-R. The MOU accommodates slide-in modules that can support up to four RRUs through Fiber Optical Unit (FOU).

The iris of the eye will not close when viewing a bright light. Consequently, serious damage to the retina of the eye is possible.

    INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR RA-5200 SITE PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS Site Considerations The MOU can be located indoors to facilitate coupling of BTS signals and power supply connections. The ALC range of received BTS signal is -10~0 dBm. Hence, an appropriate coupler must be used according to the BTS output power.

    INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR RA-5200 EQUIPMENT CONNECTION 3.5.1 GROUNDING CONNECTION Ground connection To ensure safe operation of the product, a ground (earth) connection is required. For single phase AC power source, the product must be grounded by connecting the “earth wire” of the power cord to the ground terminal of the AC supply.

    INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR RA-5200 ROU/RRU Service Voltage Connection The ROU/RRU is connected to a 220VAC, 50Hz power supply, for certain territories, the RRU is equipped for use with 110VAC power supply. The recommended AC connection is rated at AC220V, 10A and has three connections to include earth. This connection is labeled ‘AC in’, adjacent to the power cord.

Generally, failure is caused due to radio signal (poor radio signal), equipment (module failure) and site (power, over temperature). The alarm is colour-coded to indicate its status and alarm levels. The alarm level is equipment specific.
