Bixby does not respond

• E nsure the Wi-Fi is working properly.
• E nsure that the microphone is not turned off or that you are not covering the built-in
microphone.
• E nsure that the you speak closer to the microphone.
The call or the Wi-Fi connection is often disconnected or audio quality
is poor
• E nsure the Wi-Fi is working properly.
• E nsure that the microphone is not turned off or the speaker is not blocked by other
devices.
• V oice recognition may not function properly in noisy places.
• R estart your speaker to clear any temporary software bugs.
• E nsure that your speaker software is updated to the latest version.
• I f you are still having trouble with Bixby Voice after trying these tips, contact a Samsung

The speaker cannot connect to smartphone

You cannot connect in a Wi-Fi environment with a firewall installed. If your smartphone is
connected to Wi-Fi with a firewall enabled, reconnect to Wi-Fi with a firewall disabled and try
again.

An IoT product does not work

• E nsure the product you want to run is registered on the SmartThings app.
• E nsure that the Samsung account you logged in to the SmartThings app is the same as
the Samsung account registered in your speaker.
• T urn off the SmartThings app on your smartphone and try running it again.
