DO NOT use or place the recorder in the following environments:
1.
Near heat sources
Places subject to direct sunlight
Near radiators or air ducts
On top of an amplifier

Dusty places
3.
Places subject to vibration or shock
4.
Near strong magnetic fields such as loudspeakers or large motors
5.
Places subject to moisture such as a kitchen or bathroom
6.
Places without adequate air circulation
On top of a carpet or sofa
In a bookcase
Near materials such as curtains, etc.
7.
Extremely hot or cold places
The operating temperature range of this unit is 5°C to 40°C
MOISTURE CONDENSATION
Never operate this recorder immediately after moving it from a cold location to a warm location. After moving,
leave the recorder in the warm location for TWO TO THREE hours without operating it so as to dry the moisture
condensation naturally.
Moisture condensation is most likely to occur in the following cases:
When moved from a cold location to a warm location.
In a room rapidly heated or in a place where the recorder is directly exposed to cool flow of air from an air-
conditioner or other electrical appliance.
In a room with excessive dampness or high humidity.
