    Connections Chapter Connecting to a TV Step Check the type of video input on your TV. To view high defi nition content, use the HDMI OUTPUT jack or the COMPONENT OUTPUT jacks to connect to a TV. Some discs may require use of the HDMI OUTPUT jack for viewing of high resolution material. Set the MODE switch according to your connection.

    Doing so may damage the disc tray. If the disc tray will not open, turn the player off, and press OPEN/CLOSE on the front panel. This may turn the player on and open the disc tray. If it still won’t open, contact Toshiba customer service.

The limitation level or limitation method may differ depending on the disc.
