  • Page 2 IMPORTANT INFORMATION - RETAIN FOR FUTURE USE When using your Buffet Warmer, basic safety precautions should always be followed: • Read all instructions. • Check that the voltage indicated on the data plate corresponds with that of the local network before connecting the appliance to the mains power supply.

    TECHNICAL DATA Model: SBS75 Voltage: 230V AC 50/60Hz Power: 300 Watts CAUTION: Surfaces become hot during use. Only use this appliance on work tops that can withstand temperatures of 60C for extended periods.
  • Page 4 HOW TO USE Before first use, remove all packaging. Wash the trays and lids in warm soapy water (all dishwasher safe). Rinse and dry thoroughly. Re-fit to the base Note: There will be a faint smell when using the buffet server for the first time but this is quite normal and will fade with use.

    HOW TO USE TIPS • Pre-heat the appliance for 10 minutes. • Food warmed on the tray must be pre-cooked and already hot as this appliance is not designed for heating from cold or frozen. • When you have finished using the appliance, unplug from the mains power supply and allow to cool for approximately 90 minutes before storing.
