A. Phillips screw-
driver.
B. Flat tip screw-
driver.
C. # 7 nut driver.
D. Needle nose
pliers.
1. Refer to this
picture when
reconnecting the
wires to the new
power cord.
2. Using a Phillips
screwdriver remove
the screw from the
power cord plate
on the back of the
vacuum.
3. Pull the power
cord plate to
remove it.

Replacing the Power Cord
4. Using a # 7 nut
driver remove the
nut holding the
green ground wire.
5. Using a small flat
tip screwdriver,
loosen the 4 screws
in the white
connector.
6. Using needle
nose pliers, pull
the wires from the
back of the white
connector.
7. Using a Phillips
screwdriver remove
the screw holding
the blue main
power cord in
place.
