4.3 Call Barring
Allows you to restrict incoming calls and outgoing
calls. You can select to Off, All or Roaming(Incoming
Calls) and Off, All or Prefixes(Outgoing Calls). And
you can(Edit Prefixes) of outgoing calls.

The default lock code is commonly '0000' .
3. Press Call Barring.
4.3.1 Incoming Calls
You can select Off / All / Roaming.
4.3.2 Outgoing Calls
You can select Off / All / Prefixes.
4.3.3 Edit Prefixes
You can edit the Prefixes.

Allows you to enter 3 emergency numbers you can
call even when the phone is locked or restricted.
